■PATENTING-Technology of unparalled high grade
We adopt an electric non-oxidation heat treatment process for patenting. The wires are passed through a pipe having a deoxidized atmosphere and then sent directly to the electro plating bath. All the process is made in a single line and this is our original new epoch-making and unique system. As seen in the micrograph, there is no decarbonization from oxidation. In addition, the structure is uniform, and the wires provide superior toughness, little stretching and excellent mechanical properties are produced. Also because the development of scale is minimized, hydrogen embrittlement by acid pickling is almost nonexisten. Optimum temperature control is operated for each size.
■ELECTROPLATING-Unlformed high purlty plating
The wires which have received with heat treatment are continuously dipped into bath of the electro galvanizing equipment, so that there are no affected by heat during that time. These processes, together with the drawing process (latest set process of continuous drawing machine) which follows, do not affect the toughness of the wire. Moreover, when compared with hot-dip galvanizing, the wire has already been galvanized before drawing and it is free from pinholes, which are difficult to cause partial rust and the wire which has smooth, lustrous surface and uniform cohesion, can be manufactured by this method.
